Racial Stamina

These guided conversations create space for people who are just becoming aware, still learning, actively seeking, or already taking action to talk honestly about racism without pressure. The focus is on listening, understanding, and figuring out what comes next wherever you are.

Sessions are lead by new author, K.A. Gilmore of Nobody Told Me I am Black, a three book series on racism in the U.S.

Racial stamina is the endurance to stay engaged in conversations about race without retreating into defensiveness or denial. It is the willingness to remain present, reflective, and accountable even when the work is uncomfortable and does not center you.

Session 2 examines why people do not have the desire or stamina for conversations regarding racism. Gain practical tools to move from silent witness to active participant.
