“Honest conversations about race without pressure.”

Listen. Reflect. Act.

These conversations are for those ready to deepen their understanding and examine how identity and power shape everyday interactions, relationships, and decisions. The goal is clarity, responsibility, and forward movement wherever you find yourself in the work, from Ground Zero to deeper engagement. There are two ways to participate: gather your own circle for a private, hosted session, or join a small group scheduled throughout the year. Both formats are guided and intentionally small to create space for honest reflection and real dialogue. All sessions are 55 minutes and led by author, K.A. Gilmore.

“We’re afraid to have these conversations because we don’t want to offend, but if the goal is understanding, then avoiding it doesn’t actually get us there.”
