Listen. Reflect. Act.
These conversations are for those ready to deepen their understanding and examine how identity and power shape everyday interactions, relationships, and decisions. The goal is clarity, responsibility, and forward movement wherever you find yourself in the work, from Ground Zero to deeper engagement.
There are three ways to participate: gather your own circle for a House Chats, or online private or open, hosted sessions on Zoom. All formats are guided and intentionally small to create space for honest reflection and real dialogue.
“We’re afraid to have these conversations because we don’t want to offend, but if the goal is understanding, then avoiding it doesn’t actually get us there.”
